To be honest, I am almost used to be treated badly in most of the places here in Bucharest. In some cases, I had even found it amusing how someone who is supposed to come and receive your order for food or a coffee to be so rude. The last 2 days, although ill, I had the pleasure to meet and show Bucharest to the representatives of a new, major developer from Greece. In these rare cases I arrange meetings with all the important people that someone needs to meet, so as to be informed about all sides of Romanian Real Estate market, bankers, lawyers, accountants, architects, project managers (I guess I can cover the part of the “consulting regarding properties”).
