Checking areas in the weekend…

Yes, I admit it, I am work alcoholic. But please find me a better solution, in order to know what is going on in my business and also to serve the endless list of clients that we have. So, except the exhibition for which I will inform you, I went to crosscheck all the progress in the eastern and the northern part of the city, from Pantelimon and Cernica, to Pipera, Stefanesti and Tunari. Also, I was on the phone with clients, who have properties for sale in these areas.
The lessons I took were many, most of them regarding the behaviour and the psychological status of many people that I met / talked / observed. You can be as angry as you like with me, but in my eyes I see a growing majority of the population being very confused…
About the properties there, you will have my news later on this week, together with my opinion for the near future.
(PS. I got a major cold while being out in the weekend, so I asked for pills. Usually the most popular pills for a cold are “Fervex” and “Humex”. I wish you never to need them, but in case you do…)
