Good morning from Athens: “Is the interest for Romania strong?”

After travelling in the night by train, I am today here in Athens. As I usually do, I came here for just some 14 hours. I will have… 11 meetings, all of them in the center of the city (Syntagma – Constitution Square) and all for one reason: Romania. Many times I hear the question about the interest of the people for Bucharest and Romania and if this remains strong. Well… there are around 200 meetings waiting me, in Romania, Greece, Italy, Germany, England etc, and I also receive so many emails from all over the world. I see in people’s eyes the question “is it too late?”, but after I explain to them the basics, they really understand why now “an investment in Romania is safe and will give us good return in the upcoming years”.
The interest is strong and I will be able to tell you more about it next week, when I will be in Cannes, in MIPIM exhibition, the no.1 exhibition of the world (www.mipim.com). My company, MORE International Invest, has a stand there, presenting properties mainly in Romania and also in Greece, Cyprus and Dubai. Having meetings with some of the world’s top companies in Real Estate, I will be able to give you the best feedback for what is going on today and what are the expectations for the future..
