After MIPIM, here comes SIMA (and even more to come)

It is just 10 days ago that we returned from Cannes, when my company participated in the no. 1 Real Estate exhibition of the world, MIPIM. I guess you have read all about it, as I wrote four consecutive times. Now we are ready to get the best out of the meetings we had there (and I am happy to find out that we have already 3 – 4 major transactions proceeding) and in the same time we prepare ourselves for SIMA, the no. 1 Real Estate event in Spain (www.simaexpo.com).
It will be held in Madrid from 8 to 12 of April and my company will participate there too, having a stand. In the same time, I was also invited to have a speech about Romania and its investment potential. I am really very curious to find out what will happen there, as it is our first presence in the exhibition. Last year there were around 170.000 visitors (!), which is really impressive as figure but it can be also deceiving. With a team of four people, MORE International Invest will be there too and you will be informed as always.
Later this year, in October, we will participate with a stand in EXPO REAL, the no. 1 Real Estate exhibition of Germany, in Munich, where we were also last year. In November we will be visitors in Mapic, in Cannes again, the World’s Top exhibition for Commercial Real Estate. Finally, once more in Cannes, in the beginning of December we will have a stand in MIPIM Horizons, the new exhibition by the organizers of MIPIM, which will focus in the emerging countries, like Romania.
(Yeah, for sure we will not be bored..)
