Pipera: An accident waiting to happen…

As we have entered in the summer, I decided to enter in… “hardcore” discussions this period too. Starting with next week, prepare for my approach about various areas and projects. Unfortunately I will not make many people happy, because in many cases the prices are not justified at all. Ok, I know that there are lots of investors who have placed their money in specific zones and today they search for the exit strategy, but I have decided that I prefer to have some enemies (because I will say difficult truths) than to have only “friends” who are convenient with formalities and theoretical things.
Next week we will open the file of Pipera, an area which is… brutally raped in the near past by many speculators. Today we have tens of lands available for sale, all of them with “good prices” comparing to how many sq.m. you can build. The problem is that the area already hosts so many developments, so many speculators, the first residential project which did not sell not even 10% of its apartments (as rumours insist) and the worst of all, it hosts so many false information and lies that are used so as to trick the newcomers.
I know that many people will be upset on me, but my intention is to help people not to lose their money. So, next week we will have lots to say… PS. Ofcourse Pipera has some nice exceptions too. Good projects, lands which really deserve their price etc.
