Replying to you – 4th part (and last…)
Except the books of Petros Markaris (famous Greek author for crime books), Sebastian Falkes and John Grisham that I read last week (and some super new jokes that I learned), I also found some time to reply to some of your last posts. Hopefully next week I will be able to share with you a story that is tickling me for over a month, regarding a shepherd who was the first multi millionaire who I met in my life, back in the innocent age of 18 – 19 years…
(I find it useless to reply to the messages which just have some nice words about me. I thank all the senders for their kind words and I promise them that I will try my best to keep them interested in my blog).

“Carino Real Estate since 2005. First time since 1998 when someone size and think like me. This is my life and business. I am very happy because I am not crazy. Call me”
I am very glad if I helped you feel that you are not crazy. Psychology is one of my hobbies indeed, but I am not a professional. I hope that I will also find someone who will guarantee to me that I am not crazy either…

“Hello, great article. I perfectly agree with you regarding your opinions. It’s just a matter of time. Many “doubtable” people are / were manipulating this market and that’s wy an artificial cost was added to some proprieties. What goes up, must go down and so on… So let’s wait and see what happens.
From my point of view, I think that the crisys for some fake investors will begin in 2009 – many new suits will be finished in that period and the buyer in this moment is a little more sophisticated.
Rgds, Andrei”
More or less I will agree with you, Andrei, except one thing. What goes up, it is not necessary to go down, when the price is justified. But for sure all the crazy prices will go down, sooner or later.
Few weeks ago, I had an owner of a land. He asked a price which is +30% than the expensive price of the market. When my real estate agency found for him a serious investor who proposed to him association, he demanded a price even +60% higher than that expensive price. It is such a pity that almost all these people will find themselves in one year waiting for prices that never appeared and some of them will be (then) in a hurry to sell, or in some cases they will even be tricked. But this is life, they choose this fate for them…

“After reading this I started reading your older posts. And as I was reading I had a strange sensation. It was the sensation of someone surrounded by a sea of strangers, screaming in all directions which has found someone which speaks the same language. I think that you are totally right. This is a distorted, artificial reality which is bound to implode on its own false weight”.
I am glad we agree, but I still hope that things will be corrected in a smooth way, without any violent bubble explosion.
