Hello from the sunny Greek capital. Having arrived here in Athens on Monday night, I started meetings immediately. Two new clients, several others I already know and some top Real Estate and business experts provided me a lot of feedback regarding their approach for the near future of Romania and not only. Buna dimineata to everyone! After a small period of vacation, today Bucharest returns to its normal standards. Last week the streets were quite empty and the majority of people were searching for ways to extend their holidays as much as possible, or (at worst case scenario) they were working without much mood. Probably most of you know that there was an earthquake during the weekend. Its epicenter was at Vrancea county (Focsani is the biggest city there) and it was also felt in Bucharest too (and other cities). Measured a bit over 5 points (at Richter scale), it woke up memories of the past, as 1977’s earthquake had also epicenter in the same area (of course it was much stronger and created tremendous damages). The evening TAROM flight from Cluj to Bucharest is always a positive surprise for me. A bigger airplane awaits many people to fill it and usually I notice that the service of the flight attendants is excellent as well. After two very tiring days in the capital of Transylvania, I return back to Bucharest, for two more difficult days, before leaving for Greece, for my Easter holidays.
