I don’t remember if I have told you, but lately I started being quite active at http://www.linkedin.com/, a site dedicated to business networking. I have to tell you a lot about it, but this is will come later on. Today I will share with you a question I received by someone and my reply to her.

“Is it a good time to buy properties in Romania?”
“From your experience it is a good time for anyone to buy properties in Romania. or the apartments can still find a lower price until the end of the year?”

“It is quite simple. If you find what you need, buy it! For your information, almost all my big clients, private persons and investment funds, have given me a clear order to find them properties to buy NOW (and in the next period of course). Warren Buffet once said “I never bought in the cheapest price, I never sold in the most expensive one, but I became billionaire”. If the property is good and the price makes sense, do not hesitate to think it over seriously (and if you want, ask my opinion for some prices too).

It depends a lot on your strategy, there is not one answer for everyone. Generally, yes. But not everywhere, not with any price, not without a reason. “Blind” investments can be lethal nowadays…. (while the wise ones will be the success stories of the future).
