“Transit” stay in Athens… on the way to Vienna

Hello and have a nice week! Yesterday evening I flied from Thessaloniki to Athens, together with my brother Grigoris, deputy CEO of our company MORE Real Estate Services. Today we will attend probably the biggest event in the Balkans, the forum of Economist magazine, with the participation of the top Greek people (Prime Minister, Ministers, Leader of opposition party, major business groups owners, top businessmen etc) and most of the top politicians from the Balkan area.
It is held in Intercontinental hotel, where we will be throughout the day. As we have changed our business strategy, focusing more on income properties, acquisitions and retail deals, we decided to start working in Greece as well, only for income properties or unique assets. This is my brother’s task, as he will work almost exclusively on this very important market segment.

This week is expected to be “a bit busy” for me. Today in Athens, with a full programme (while another colleague of mine will be in Timisoara, checking properties to buy). Tomorrow morning I fly to Vienna, for REAL VIENNA, the no.1 Real Estate exhibition of Austria. Plenty of meetings there too. On Wednesday I will be speaker in the panel for Romania, at 14.15. Wednesday night back to Bucharest (hopefully early enough so as to catch the second half of Champions League’s final). For Thursday Carmen, my PA, has already scheduled 11 meetings and Friday morning I will fly to Cluj, hopefully so as to seal some deals there too.

All these until now. Because if someone gives me a great deal in Iasi, Craiova, Constanta or Brasov, I might travel there during the weekend too…
