Tomorrow in Timisoara and Cluj…

…my perfect “Prima Casa” indicators

Hello to everyone. Tomorrow I will be flying to Timisoara and Cluj. I will arrive in Timisoara at 10.00 in the morning, ready to attend 4 very important meetings and then at 15.15 I will fly to the capital of Transylvania, for one day. As I have still not recovered from my health problems (the faint etc), I have organized a… relaxed programme, with just… 9 meetings per day, instead of my usual “at least 14″.
I intend to talk to you the next days for Prima Casa programme (hoping that you will be willing to read some truths, after all the speculation about it…). These two cities, Timisoara and Cluj, are probably among the first ones which will benefit from this programme. They are also very important as indicators; I am waiting to find out what will actually happen in these markets, so as to understand what the situation in Romania today is, if the clients learned from their mistakes and if the owners took their lessons too.
“Why? Did you enter again in residential segment?” you may ask. No way! But I follow up the market from close and I evaluate Romania keeping in mind the real situation in all the market segments. (Plus when I meet journalists, either I tell them that I am into commercial Real Estate or not, they mainly ask me for “Prima Casa”). And as “journalists always know better” (as they feel like), I have to adjust to their approach. In the end of the day, I used to be a journalist myself too…
