I come from Katerini, a medium sized Greek city, so I think I understand all these Romanian people who come to Bucharest from a smaller home town. I tend to know their psychology and maybe even their approach to life. Maybe this is the reason why I have several friends belonging to this category. Now I have one less. I can imagine him… a “smecher” who managed to make money in God knows what way… I can imagine him… going to a very expensive central area, finding a land from his connections and managing to blackmail the owner, so as to sell it to him in the price he wanted… I can imagine him… searching for the cheapest possible architect, so as to design the project. It didn’t matter if the project looked bad, or that it had plenty of unnecessary common spaces.
