Only five foreign companies have shown interest to invest in real estate in Romania this year, at Expo Real Munich, one of the largest property exhibitions in Europe, compared to over 142 investors interested in 2007, said Tuesday the CEO of consulting company.

Doar cinci companii străine s-au arătat interesate să investească în acest an în sectorul imobiliar din România, la Expo Real Munchen, una dintre cele mai mari expoziţii de imobiliare din Europa, faţă de 142 investitori interesaţi în 2007, a declarat marţi CEO-ul unei companii de consultanţă. Dacă în 2007, erau 142 de investitori străini intersaţi de sectorul imobiliar din România, în 2008 numărul acestora a scăzut la 35 investitori, pentru ca în acest an, la Expo Real Munchen, una dintre cele mai mari expoziţii de imobiliare din Europa, numai cinci companii s-au arătat interesate de investiţii în acest sector. România nu prezintă interes pentru investitori. Aceşti investitori au avut cerinţe foarte clare referitoare la piaţa din România, însă au o părere proastă despre modul în care se fac aici afacerile”, a declarat marţi, în cadrul unei conferinţe de presă directorul general al MORE Real Estate Services, Ilias Papageorgiadis. Cele cinci companii străine sunt interesate de proprietăţi care generează venituri, de terenuri agricole, de energii alternative şi cultivarea de păduri sau alte proiecte în agricultură, a mai spus Ilias Papageorgiadis.
