Selling ANL apartments at low prices: American and English markets tell us what will happen

Just few days ago, the Romanian Government announced a new measure regarding ANL, the National Company which develops “Social Housing”. There are about 20.000 low cost apartments for the people all around the country, developed over the last years. The tenants of these apartments pay a very low rent to the State, but now they will have the right to purchase the apartment they occupy. So a very serious stock of properties will enter in the market. Is this good or not?
