2011: An “interesting” year awaits us. Let’s live it together!

Hello to everyone and Happy New Year, with health and happiness for all of you and your beloved ones! I know that it is a bit late for this wish, but only now I started writing new posts for my blog. From today, we will renew our "meeting" here every day. You will also enjoy the new version of my blog in just few weeks from now, with much more information and other surprises there.

What were my news over the last period:

• In autumn 2010 I had returned to Greece for few weeks, to run political campaigns for the local elections there. All my candidates won. (That was a "break" from my normal activity in Romania, a "hobby"…)

• In November 2010 I was honoured with a great responsibility. MORE Liaison Services (one of my companies) has signed an MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) with SEVE, the Association of Exporters located in Northern Greece. This is one of the most importantAssociations in Greece, representing around 650 exporting companies, the most important in the Northern part of the country. I have been honoured to become the official representative of SEVE for Romania, in order to encourage bilateral commerce between the countries and provide consulting services to any businessman who wants to enter in the Romanian market.

• 2010 ended in a good way for my Real Estate activities. Some more transactions and the necessary preparations for an even more demanding 2011. Add in the above mentioned 3 transactions in the renewable energy field, plus the activity of my new company MORE Liaison Services and you can see that the year ended in "not a negative way".

• Last week, on January 25^th, I launched my first 2 books in Romanian language. The first one is called "Prin Labirintul Imobiliarelor" ("Through the Real Estate Labyrinth") and the second "100 mici secrete pentru investitii imobiliare de success" ("100 small secrets for successful Real Estate investments"). It looks like the outcome was very positive, not only in the media, but also between my guests, my collaborators, my clients and you, my readers.

• Looks like I will be more active in media during 2011. I have already accepted a proposal and I discuss for one more. But this won't change the fact: This blog will remain my main "channel" of connecting to all of you.

My blog has already entered in its 4^th year of existence! It started as a personal intuition on January 21^st, 2008 and today it has about 15.000 readers per month, coming from 126 countries (with Romania being the first one ofcourse).

Thank you for being next to me in the past. I hope that we will remain connected in the future as well. And get ready for more analyses, comments and "unforgettable stories"…
