Comment of the day: The Highway to Constanta

Today CNADNR awarded the finalization of the highway to Constanta  to Astaldi and Max Boegl. 20 km will cost 120 million Euro and it is supposed to be ready during 2012. I hope that this will be the beginning of many more tenders and projects to be finalized, Romania has an enormous need of new highways…
