To be (member of a franchise network) or not to be?

Opening a new important topic of discussion

for the Romanian Real Estate market

As autumn has started “quietly”, I see many people developing an interesting subject: Is it better for a Real Estate agency to join one of the franchise networks? Or should the owner remain an “independent” local player?

I see two completely different mentalities “colliding” on this issue and I find it important for us to discuss more about it, as it is related to the services that the majority of clients receive.

This is why I will start asking Real Estate people to tell me their opinion: Is it better to be part of a franchise network or not?

The same question goes for you, the readers. Do you prefer to collaborate with agencies that are part of Real Estate franchises? Or you choose the independent ones? Or doesn’t it matter for you? Do you find any differences?
