The European crisis blocks investments (everywhere, which means in Romania as well)
As Greece is about to resolve its major problem of instability and Italy has become the “new protagonist” of the crisis (with Spain and France awaiting for their turn), the investments all around Europe and the world are practically frozen. The same stands for Real Estate investments and especially in Romania, where lots of discussions had been held in the past. Now most of the investors are standing by, waiting to see what will happen, before they proceed.
Is it the time for the brave? Should we call the ones who proceed as courageous? Are they the ones who know what they are doing very well? Or will they lose their money, as a new disaster is knocking at our door?
This is a delicate issue and we will discuss more about it. But this evening I would like to share with you the opinion of Jones Lang LaSalle (a company where I also have many friends). You will find it interesting and I think that we will open a longer discussion based on this.
