As my… quest for serious people to hire continues, except the endless queue of unserious people who do not appear in the interview (or the ones who agree to work and then they vanish), I also have some interesting ones who come to me. I am sad It is really very disappointing to find out every day that there is a serious part of the Romanians today who behave so wrong when it comes to discuss about work. These people… aren’t they tired applying for jobs and when we call them for an interview they say to my assistant “why do you call me? Who gave you my number?”??? How is it possible to shake hands with someone and agree to work together and then to disappear, not answering to phones? Why did you shake the hand then? The distinguished gentleman who was sitting opposite me was pretending that he is sooo cool. But he was not. He was nervous, I could read it on his body language.
