Q: What is the future of houses in mountain areas? IP: Of course it depends on each zone separately. But still, there are many more parameters. Where? How many sq.m.? Who are the neighbors? Q: I would like to know how much the residential prices have decreased since 2005, percentage wise. Thank you. IP: It is not sure that prices are down comparing to 2005. Q: What is the optimum time of recovery for an investments for an apartment ment for rent? IP: I’d say 10-12 years (8-10%) but, even better, 16-20 years (aprox. 6%).
