\n\t      The real-estate foreign investors will re-orient themselves to Romania only in 2012, when the prices in Western Europe will grow enough, but now Romania does not present interest, Ilias Papageorgiadis, MORE Real Estate Services Consultancy Comany CEO considers, quoted by NewsIn.
\n\t      "In 2010, will pass the bottom line of the crisis. Then, in 2011, the real-estate sector will slowly come back so as in 2012 to come back with force. In the same year, the prices will grow a lot in Europe and this is how the foreigners will re-orient themselves to Romania",\n<\/p>\n

\n\t      Investitorii str\u0103ini în sectorul imobiliar se vor reorienta c\u0103tre România abia în 2012, când pre\u0163urile din Europa de Vest vor cre\u015fte destul de mult, îns\u0103 acum România nu prezint\u0103 interes, consider\u0103 CEO-ul companiei de consultan\u0163\u0103 imobiliar\u0103 MORE Real Estate Services, Ilias Papageorgiadis, citat de NewsIn.
\n\t      "În 2010, vom trece prin linia de jos a crizei. Apoi, în 2011, sectorul imobiliar î\u015fi va reveni încet, pentru ca mai apoi, în 2012, s\u0103 intre în for\u0163\u0103. În acel an, vor cre\u015fte pre\u0163urile în Europa foarte mult \u015fi astfel, investitorii str\u0103ini se vor reorienta c\u0103tre România", a declarat ast\u0103zi, în cadrul unei conferin\u0163e de pres\u0103 directorul general al companiei de consultan\u0163\u0103 imobiliar\u0103 MORE Real Estate Services, Ilias Papageorgiadis.
\n\t      Acesta a criticat totodat\u0103 atitudinea oamenilor de afaceri români în ceea ce prive\u015fte micile sau marile tranzac\u0163ii din sectorul imobiliar, acum în perioad\u0103 de criz\u0103.
\n\t      "Pre\u0163urile din Europa de Vest sunt înc\u0103 sc\u0103zute. Dac\u0103 în Occident g\u0103se\u015fti un apartament cu 800 euro\/metru p\u0103trat, de ce s\u0103 cumperi unul în România la un pre\u0163 mai mare? \u015ei ce condi\u0163ii de stabilitate sunt în România? Afar\u0103 primesc în plus condi\u0163ii bune, pre\u0163uri avantajoase \u015fi respect. Poate România s\u0103 ofere acelea\u015fi lucruri?", se întreab\u0103 directorul general al MORE Real Estate Services. El consider\u0103 c\u0103 "investitorii din România nu au înv\u0103\u0163at nimic acum din aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103 de criz\u0103".\n<\/p>\n

\n\t      MORE Real Estate Services este o companie de consultan\u0163\u0103, care a intrat pe pia\u0163a din România în 2004. Pân\u0103 în prezent, compania a acordat consulta\u0163\u0103 pentru tranzac\u0163ii a c\u0103ror valoare dep\u0103\u015fe\u015fte în total 400 milioane euro.
\n\t      Pe lâng\u0103 consultan\u0163\u0103, MORE Real Estate Services caut\u0103 propriet\u0103\u0163i, le finan\u0163eaz\u0103, fiind specializat\u0103 pe sectorul comercial \u015fi de retail (însemnând proiecte în agricultur\u0103 \u015fi energetice).\n<\/p>\n

\t Ilias Papageorgiadis the Managing Director of the real estate consultancy company – MORE Real Estate Services, has declared on today during a press conference.
\n\t      He criticized at the same time the attitude of the Romanian business people regarding the small or big transactions in the real-estate sector, now during the crisis.
\n\t      "The prices in Western Europe are still down. If in Occident you can find an apartment at 800 euros\/sq.m. , why would you buy one in Romania at a bigger price? And how stable is the situation in Romania? In plus, they get better conditions, advantageous prices and respect. Can Romania offer the same things?", Real Estate Services Managing Director is wondering. He considers that " the Romanian investors didn't learn anything from this period of crisis".\n<\/p>\n

\n\t      MORE Real Estate Services is a consultancy company which entered the Romanian market in 2004. So far, the company consulted transactions with a value of over 400 mil euros.
\n\t      Next to consultancy, MORE Real Estate Services is looking for properties which it finances, being specialized on the commercial and retail sector (meaning agricultural and energetical projects).\n<\/p>\n
