\n\t      "If in 2007, there were 142  foreign investors  interested in the real-estate sector  in Romania, in 2008 their number dropped to 35 invesetors, so as this year, at Expo Real Munchen, one of the biggest real-estate fairs in Europe, only 5 companies showed interest in this sector. Romania does not present interest for the investors. These investors had very clear demands referring to the romanian market, but they have a very bad opinion on how people do business here", the Managaing Director of MORE Real Estate Services, Ilias Papageorgiadis, has declared Tuesday during a press conference.

\n\t      "Daca in 2007, erau 142 de investitori straini intersati de sectorul imobiliar din Romania, in 2008 numarul acestora a scazut la 35 investitori, pentru ca in acest an, la Expo Real Munchen, una dintre cele mai mari expozitii de imobiliare<\/a> din Europa, numai cinci companii s-au aratat interesate de investitii in acest sector.
\n\tRomania nu prezinta interes pentru investitori.
\n\t      <\/strong>Acesti investitori au avut cerinte foarte clare referitoare la piata din Romania, insa au o parere proasta despre modul in care se fac aici afacerile", a declarat marti, in cadrul unei conferinte de presa directorul general al MORE Real Estate Services, Ilias Papageorgiadis.
\n\t      Cele cinci companii straine<\/strong> sunt interesate de proprietati care genereaza venituri, de terenuri agricole, de energii alternative si cultivarea de paduri sau alte proiecte in agricultura, a mai spus Ilias Papageorgiadis. Totodata, acesta nu a dezvaluit numele acestor companii.
\n\t      Reprezentantul companiei de consultanta a impartit totodata investitorii<\/a> in trei categorii, in functie de perioada in care si-au demarat investitiile in Romania: cei veniti pana in 2003, cei care au demarat investitii intre 2004 si 2006 si cei care au sosit in ultimii trei ani.
\n\t      In ceea ce priveste atitudinea investitorilor romani din ultimii ani, de pe piata imobiliara, acesta a precizat ca "daca in 2005-2006, era vorba de optimism, in 2007 – aroganta, in 2008 – negarea realitatii, iar in 2009, trebuie sa ne trezim dintr-un somn adanc".\n<\/p>\n

\n\t      The representative of the consultancy company classified the investors in 3 categories, according to the period they started their investments in Romania: the ones who came before 2003, the ones who started investing between 2004-2006, and the ones arrived in the past 3 years.
\n\t      Regarding the attitude of the Romanian investors on the real-estate market during the past 3 years, he noted that " if between 2005-2006 it was all about optimism, in 2007 – arrogance, in 2008 – denial of reality, in 2009 we have to wake up from a deep sleep".\n<\/p>\n
