Investors have specific demands and are moving towards the cash-generating properties. At the same time they have heard that Romania is a country where many people lost money. Now they are more careful, people do not want to hear stories, they want to hear business, "said Ilias Papageorgiadis.
\n\t According to the representative of More, there are 3 categories of investors: aggressive speculators who came in 2003 on the property market in Romania, aliens that have occurred in 2004-2006 and covered most of the market and due to them the prices increased, and the last are those that occurred in the last 3 years. Romania was interesting when the properties elsewhere in Europe were expensive, when compared with the world our country was an attractive region. But investors are currently fewer and fewer, and their decisions are influenced by everything that happens in our country, for example the earthquake that took place, or the fire from the building office next to the Armeny Church and not to mention the political crisis our country is going through at this time. We can attract investors into logistical and industrial sector, tourism, residential, but also with small projects and properties that generate income.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tThe bottom of the bag will be reached according to the measures the new Government will take
\n\t <\/strong>"The market will continue to go down, because nobody has access to financing from banks.
