\n\t <\/strong>These words of mine caused a major problem to my… friends. I think that the third one who joined us last, had lands located at an even longer distance and he wanted us to visit them, while the others were telling him that I do not want to. He became very upset and a first round of quarrel started. They were fighting in front of me<\/strong> (ofcourse), my presence did not seem to disturb them<\/strong>. Actually I disturbed them myself, as I asked them to enter in the car and leave, before I would get frozen there… remaining as a frozen statue… the "Brave Investor" statue <\/strong> (or "Stupid Investor", "Daring Investor" or simply… "Frozen Investor"), you can choose the version you prefer…)
\n\t On the way back, everyone had properties to show me<\/strong>. So, we were stopping every 2 minutes and I was asked to step down and "study" the same thing: An agricultural land which was available for sale as an "extravillant" one, with high price and questionable potential. I was feeling bad as the driver continued testing the capacity of his car and I could not hide my anger anymore for the crap I was forced to "study, think and buy". So, I started refusing to stop for one more "opportunity" and asked them to bring me back to Bucharest immediately.\n<\/p>\n
\n\t <\/strong>When the guys realized that the game was over, they suddenly became very upset. They started exchanging bad words, looking at me with hate, probably swearing at each other.<\/strong> My small understanding of Romanian language allowed me to figure out that they were blaming one another for having pumped the prices so much, ending up for all the properties to look expensive to me. Something like "why did you present with 20 euro the offer of 7 euro \/ sq.m., you made us all look like idiots". "You are the one talking? That you showed him this one in the forest and asked for 18, when we both know that the price is 5"<\/strong> etc.
\n\t Their faces had become red, the words were traveling like bullets to each direction and the one next to me was combining screaming and spitting… When we reached Mogosoaia's lake, the driver pulled over somewhere on the right side of the road. Now he was able to turn back and continue his fight with the others, without being worried about the traffic. I had to tell him that I will pay the gas he spent, so as to start again and finally bring me inside the city. When I saw the first taxi available, I asked him to stop, thanked them all for our meeting and I ran to it. (Imagine the face of the taxi driver, watching a guy running towards him, carrying a bag…)
\n\t <\/strong>I called the two ladies, who had sent me to these people. I warned them that if this would happen again, we would stop talking together (yeah, such a rough threat…). They told me that it was not their mistake, but mine, because I should not go with these guys and I should wait to go directly when my client would come. "Ok, is there anything else to see together?" "Yes, the super land with even less price than 0,5 euro \/ sq.m."<\/strong> "Let us better leave it, it will be the same like this one…" "No, no, mister, we are serious people. When do you want us to go?" "Tomorrow". "But it is the 1st<\/sup> of December, a national holiday". "Yes, it is ideal so as not to lose any other working day driving around". "Ok, tomorrow at 10 we will be at Piata Victoriei. We go by our car" "Nooooooooo, I will take mine"…\n<\/p>\n
