\n\t I agree with Ioannis's main idea<\/strong>. Indeed the best moment to buy is when the mass is afraid. Or when the mass can not purchase, due to no financing or other reasons. But today, even though the vast majority of investors are afraid to invest, we do not see the market full of many good properties with low prices. One must be very careful, so as to invest in Romania nowadays, when there are still too many people who have not woken up from the dream of 2007 – 2008<\/strong>.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n\n\t The circle will be made again, I agree on this too. But not this year, there is no ground for speculative moves.\n<\/p>\n
