The last 2 days, although ill, I had the pleasure to meet and show Bucharest to the representatives of a new, major developer from Greece. In these rare cases I arrange meetings with all the important people that someone needs to meet, so as to be informed about all sides of Romanian Real Estate market, bankers, lawyers, accountants, architects, project managers (I guess I can cover the part of the \u201cconsulting regarding properties\u201d).
\nI was very happy to meet 2 serious, down to earth gentlemen, with quite an impressive experience, but (the most important) with very serious approach to their business. They asked questions that really proved they were serious, they came organized and prepared, they wrote down everything they were listening and they created a very positive opinion to all the people they met (you know, important businessmen here in Romania are sometimes tired to meet \u201ctourists\u201d, this is why I rarely introduce someone to them).
\nThese 2 gentlemen approached Romania with respect, tried to understand it and to think how they can adjust their company\u2019s advantages in the business environment here. In Romania of 2008, I think this is the best way that a foreigner can enter in the market and really succeed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
