All ladies were receiving by men flowers, while in some parts of Romania (such as Romanian Moldova) the ladies offered flowers to men. Except the flowers, there is also the \u201cmartisor\u201d, a tiny string, in red and white. Everyone was wearing it in his \/ her hand, an old tradition with many symbols that we have in Greece too (you know, in some things Romanians and Greeks are exactly the same and I was finding so funny the attempts of people around me to explain to me what this custom is, although I already know it).<br \/>\nThe weekend found almost all people \u201csomewhere out\u201d.
