When so many people were searching for the same type of properties the previous years (central properties in Bucharest, so as to feel safe), almost everything was sold. What is left today? Properties with legal problems, small openings, or extremely big prices (and there are also some owners who try to sell a land with legal problems in the price of the one which has clear documents. Their approach is \u201cI am not stupid to let him make money on my back. One day he will solve the problem and the price will be higher, I want it for me too\u201d).<br \/>\nThis is why when something good enters the market, it is sold really fast. All the others remain unsold for months, with the owners just raising the prices, or telling us all the time \u201cI have a client, I sell next week\u201d. Still, if you find anything good in the center of the Romanian Capital, the profits you can obtain tempt you to proceed. For the ones who keep dreaming, I would like to tell you that it is difficult to believe that the prices can go down in the near future (from today\u2019s real prices, not from the crazy asked prices of some owners).<br \/>\nI would suggest to you to search for central plots in other big cities of Romania, as they will also disappear from the market in the next months.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cWhy do I find only very big prices inside Bucharest?
