He came to my office, with a style of a prince. <strong>Dressed like he was going to pick up a drunk girl from a club in Ibiza,<\/strong> this distinguished gentleman entered in the big conference room of my headquarters, together with a common friend of ours, who did the introduction (\u201cyou should meet this guy, Ilia, he says that he is magician in real estate, finding properties where no one else can\u201d). He sat (or to be more precise he laid on the chair) and he was ready to talk. My assistant brought his coffee, but as she left it 18 centimetres further than his hand could reach (and I guess it was too painful to move it to the coffee cup) he took the brave decision to punish the coffee and not to drink it.<br \/>\n<strong> That day he was telling me about properties, without to have any paper with him<\/strong> (although he was asked to bring for the meeting all documents he had). He was telling numbers that he was changing after, describing properties that I knew and they were not as he was saying, plus he was not writing down anything from what I was telling him to note and search for me, <strong>the answer was \u201cI remember all here\u201d and he was showing me his \u201cmagical\u201d brain. <\/strong>He was smiling all the time, claiming that he does endless deals with many foreigners. Before ending the conversation, he asked me to stop it, because \u201cmr Ilias, you are too tough and too serious\u201d. \u201cHow should I be when we talk about properties and millions and I try to understand what exactly you are telling me?\u201d. \u201cOk, ok, you have a point in this, but why don\u2019t you relax a bit, like me.
