Another luxury retailer, Emporio Armani, will open this<!--more-->week its first store in Romania, located on the same commercial artery.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n\t<strong>Rents of 130 euro per square meter are history <\/strong><br \/>\n\tOther brands, especially local ones, give up the idea of having a store on Calea Victoriei. Reason:higher rents. The crisis moderated the expectations of owners. Although discounts reached up to 60% in comparison with the average level recorded in 2008, of 100-130 euro per square meter, the investors consider the cost still high. &quot; Owners have become more flexible compared with the past, but there are still many who prefer to keep their properties empty rather than reduce the cost of rent, according to current trends,&quot; says Ilias Papageorgiadis, CEO of More Real Estate Agency. In this context, stores such as Mariella Burani and Alb si Negru &nbsp;have already given up their commercial spaces on Calea Victoriei.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n\tA similar realignment trend can be seen on another &nbsp;&quot;luxury&quot; &nbsp;artery of the capital. Diverta, for example, gave up the commercial space of 1,800 square meters it occupied on Magheru Boulevard. In addition, another three libraries of the retailer will be closed. &quot;Following the closure of these unprofitable stores we will cut the costs by one million euro annually. Also, we managed to obtain a discount amounting 1 million euro at rents paid to malls where our shops are located,&quot; said Amalia Buliga, General Director of Diverta bookstores, according to Ziarul Financiar.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n\t<strong>INFO PLUS <\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n\t<strong>A premiere in Romania: &nbsp;the street shop <\/strong><br \/>\n\tA new concept of stores enters on Romanian market. &nbsp;On Calea Victoriei a new commercial center was opened for only 30 days. Syoss Hair Academy is a &quot;pop-up&quot; magazine, where hair care products can be procured.
