Most of the amount was used for the purchase of lands outside the Capital. Furthermore, the purchases made for the account of the company in 2009 range up to 1.9 million Euros.<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>Bucharest is not Paris<br \/>\n\t&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>Papageorgiadis says that, in his opinion, the downfall of the local market is not caused by the extension of the American crisis of the subprime loans. &ldquo;The Romanian market would have exploded anyway, because everybody had lost contact with reality&rdquo;, he says. The prices requested by the sellers until last year were crazy, and everybody felt that Romania was the center of the universe, he argues.<br \/>\n\t&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The period that we are living now is no more than a return to normal of the market. We have avoided collapse, says the manager of&nbsp; More Real Estate, and the price decreasing rate is slower. He estimated that the market shall go back to normal only in 2011.&nbsp; &ldquo;&laquo; Normal&raquo; doesn&rsquo;t mean the madness which has been going on so far. Romania has an extremely good future, but we must understand who we are and where. We cannot compare ourselves with a Western country as regards the prices.
