(Smaller and more \u201chi-tech)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In several interviews of mine, I&rsquo;ve stated that I expect a second generation of residential developments to appear in Romania in the following years. You can check one of these interviews <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/economie.hotnews.ro\/stiri-imobiliar-8614938-consultantul-ilias-papageorgiadis-discuta-online-joi-12-00-despre-viitorul-imobiliarelor-romania-regulile-joc-piata.htm\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As I told you, these new apartments in Romania will have smaller surfaces and common spaces and they will be closer to the real needs of today&rsquo;s middle class in Romania.<\/p>\n<p>It looks like this scenario is not only valid for Romania. USA seems to follow the same direction. As you will be able to read in the link below, they also expect to have smaller surfaces and budgets closer to what the American middle class can pay (ok, let&rsquo;s not compare the sizes and sums, it would be useless and irrelevant):<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/realestate.yahoo.com\/promo\/a-look-ahead-at-new-homes-of-2015.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>article<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>So let&rsquo;s not be upset that &ldquo;only in Romania we&rsquo;ll have to live in smaller surfaces&rdquo;.
