Survey: Apartment prices dropped by maximum 5 pc in 2012

The prices of apartments dropped by maximum 5 pc in 2012, in the case of old units put on sale in Bucharest, according to the monthly real estate monitoring report Anunturiparticulari.ro, quoted by money.ro.

Although 2012 was sometimes marked by new negative records with regard to the average prices asked by owners, decreases during a one-year interval translate into differences of maximum 2,000 EUR/unit.

As for the real estate offer available on the market, it soared in 2012 by over 10,000 two-room apartments put on sale for the first time by owners. Studios registered the most significant devaluation over a 12-month interval, by 5 pc in average.
